Here he was responsible for setting up the bank’s European office and the creation of an alternative investment fund, targeting underperforming assets in the real estate and renewable energy sectors. Andrew was responsible for sourcing and executing the purchase of over $100 million worth of underperforming assets, which were either turned around or recapitalised, to yield double digit returns for the tenure of the closed end fund.
